Program Description

Any combination of the criteria in the Motivated Seller Search program below can be selected to customize a search.

For example, the selections specified below will return all the addresses of owners:

• who own single family houses (A1) listed on MAPSCO page 74, grid R, in Tarrant County, Texas
• who don’t live in those houses
• who don’t have P. O. Box addresses
• whose houses are between 1000 and 2500 square feet
• who don’t live in a zip code beginning with 75 or 76 (Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex)
• who have owned their houses 7 years or longer
• whose owner names don’t contain any of the words in the list at the bottom right of the interface
• (i. e. City of, Cemetery, Properties, Airport, Co, Corp, etc.)
• whose houses were:
• built between 1965 and 1995
• have a least 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 3 garage spaces
• have an assessed value of between $85K and $175K

Filtering out all owner addresses from which mail has been returned or including only owner addresses from which mail has been returned is also possible.

Including only the addresses of owners who have filed for a “65 and over” tax exemption is also possible.
