• Raised on a 4,000 acre free range Cattle Ranch in Central Texas
• Roger and his brother started an Auto Parts Mfg and Distributing Company out of their garage at 16 years old
• Grew the business to 5 locations in 4 States and exported to more than 40 Countries
• Business was recognized as one of the Fastest growing Exporters in North Texas by the Fort Worth Star Telegram and Arthur Anderson over 4 years
• Roger is an Author – Consultant – Speaker – Coach  and Investor
• Roger is Married, has 2 children
• Roger and his wife live just West of Tyler Texas
• Roger had been a member of Rotary International for 36 years
• Roger also represented his Rotary District as Governor as 2020-21  which covers 31 Counties and 74 Rotary Clubs in North Central Texas.

In 2007 Roger bought his first Subject 2 home and within a few years was coaching others on how to do Subject 2 purchases and Wraps

With presenting all day trainings and personal coaching, he also authored a book “Subject 2 – How to Buy Property with No Credit or Money Down”

Roger also offers Coaching to other Investors throughout the USA and has facilitated Subject 2 purchases in more than 40 States
