Made the big summer move to a larger home and now have the former up for sale. Very nice 3/2 with office (could be a 4th bedroom), two-story off I-30 & 820. Sits in front of a green belt so you never have to look at another house across the street! Put a lot of rehab into it - new carpet, tile floors, paint, plus a brand new roof. This is not a fixer-upper - it's ready to go!

Anyway, thought I'd post here in case anyone knows somebody looking to move for their personal residence. Asking $175k. Please respond for details and thanks!

    Hey Brad,

Perhaps I overlooked the address.  If not, please reply back with it here.

    Thanks,

    Robin

Thanks for the replies, everyone. Location is 7916 Meadow Spring Lane in Fort Worth. I also just put a website up tonight at www.7916meadowspringlane.com with a bunch of pics and info. Thanks in advance for any leads!

UPDATE: In addition to creating the website, I also started a fairly extensive marketing campaign, including a Pinterest board, a sponsored Facebook ad campaign, a Postlets blast and a listing on Craisglist.

I am also offering a bird-dog fee for anyone who provides a lead that closes. Email me for details and help me spread the word! Thanks!

    Brad,

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but after performing a market analysis on your home it seems to be overpriced for area.  At this point I would actually wait it out as it has only had 6 days on market.  If your getting little to no showings get with your realtor and drop price accordingly.

    Brad,

Your property sits in a targeted neighborhood, so I can offer your buyer portfolio program:

    • Conventional loan with no down payment
    • No mortgage insurance required
    • Up to $4500 lender credit for closing costs
Contact me for details.  If you'd like to send some specs/photos I can ask around as well.
