Our good friend, Bob Peck, needs to move into a new primary residence on or before September 30, 2015. He has immediate access to $60K cash and would like to buy a "fixer upper" house with that cash, move into it and repair it while living in it to increase its equity.
Bob would like the house to be in Northeast Tarrant County. He would prefer a 3x2x2, but he told me that something less might work for him too.
