Ok everyone. I am reaching out in an effort to help a few of our clients as well as our investor friends. I have 4 clients now actively looking, and making offers on properties, around Fort Worth. Every offer we submit gets beat out by cash offers because of the price range we are shopping in. So I thought I'd reach out to you all and see who has a home that is FHA ready or will be soon. 2 of my clients are qualified FHA and primed to make offers. 1 client is qualified conventional and the last is VA. All of them are in the $145,000 and below price range.
