Hello all, I am looking at buying a small apartment complex in the Arlington area that is in need of a face lift. Can anyone suggest some good sources for faucets, toilets, carpet, vinyl, tile, counter tops, paint etc? I have a few places that I already do business with but just want to compare notes on some things. Also, I need a good property management company so any suggestions there would be very helpful as well. Thanks!

For flooring, I strongly recommend you call Patrick Norwood of iDeal Floors at 214-861-0181.  For property management, please call Suzette Teague at 817-996-1772.

Thanks for the response! What is your opinion on stocking up on material? I have run into some really good oppotunity buys here lately but I just can't tell if they are worth me storing them for a few months. I know I will save money but I would like to hear what others have to say about this? Thanks!

Jonathon do you have any interest in building apartment complexes or are you strictly into buying them?
