    I am actively looking for my next rehab.
    3/2/2 or 4/2/2 1978 or newer, brick on slab. My favorite area is HEB, also will buy NRH, Grapevine, Colleyville, Keller, Irving.
    I am a cash buyer & can close as soon as 2 days. Do not waste time sending me comps as I will do that myself anyway.

    If you have a rehab deal in Tarrant Co. I hope you'll let me make you an offer. I can purchase it outright and pay you a wholesaler's fee, partner with you on it, or teach you how to rehab it yourself for maximum return. 

    I purchase with CASH and can close as quickly as you have the title work "clear."
