    Does anyone have a good recommendation for a flat fee MLS service? Or does anyone know of a Realtor who will charge a small fee to help put a home on the MLS and not want a seller's commission?

    I recently bought an investment property in Frisco and used an agent to buy it and then the agent listed it for free for me. Going forward I would like to list it myself. Does anyone know the going rate for a flat fee MLS listing? I'm assuming in the $200-$300 range?
