Property Tax Protest Help

    I did not find current info in the forum about this topic. Who do we like now for protesting our taxes? The last company that was a sponsor that I used in 2020ish, dropped the ball for me last year. They completely overlooked the timely info that I sent them, so nothing was done!

    Better suggestion for now? What is the going rate?

    These guys did an alright job for me last year and I will likely use them again this year.  They gave be a bit of a discount because I had them do several properties.

    Thank you Phillip. I contacted them and they are giving me a multi-property discount as well.

    The paperwork says that they take a percentage of the tax savings, rather than a percentage of the difference between the appraised value and the value after the reduction they are able to get (which is how the previous company worked) .

    Does that mean more or less out of pocket to me? I don't trust my own math.
