Propelio? Anyone use this?

    Morning Bonnie.  I've been using Propelio for years and believe it's a "Must Have Tool" in your REI Tool box.  Propelio and the recent update to Realeflow are thje only two tools I am away of that provide real MLS comps.  May tools claim to use MLS DATA but they do not provide MLS SOLD comps.  There may be others but these two I can vouch for.  I have free trial links for both if interested.

    Agreed.  Propelio is awesome.  It's even better now than it used to be.  I use it for running comps.  They even have different package levels now depending on how you use it but I'll use it, turn it off.  Turn it back on when I'm needing comps, then turn it off again.  Super easy.
