I'm newer to the DFW market and working on building a reliable network of cash buyers for off-market SFH deals, mainly in Arlington, Dallas, NRH, and Irving.
For those of you who've been in the game a while, what worked best for you when you were first building your buyer list? Networking events, online groups, title company contacts?
