    I'm interested in single-family houses with an After Repair Value (ARV) of $70K to $200K in "Robin's Hood" (aka northeast Tarrant County).  That includes Hurst, Euless, Bedford, Watauga, Haltom City, North Richland Hills, Keller, Grapevine, Southlake, Colleyville, Richland Hills, far north Arlington, and northeast Fort Worth.

    I'm also interested in duplexes and 4-plexes in the same area.

    I have cash and can close quickly.
