3/2/2 and 4/2/2 brick homes in good solid neighborhoods to rehab. I don't care about condition or price as long as it's a good rehab deal and the numbers work.
I prefer Tarrant and Parker co but will go outside that area for A DEAL.
I love subject-to and owner finance deals as well for my very large and growing Owner Finance buyers list. I will also take all your NON-Deals that don't work for you and your business model that you either don't want, can't make work for you, or you don't know how what to do with it. If I get paid - you get paid.
