- Locations that you prefer to invest in
- Price range you prefer to buy (purchase price and/or ARV)
- Square footage, # of units, # of bed/bath, etc.
- Your contact information (Name, phone #, email, and how you prefer to be reached)

I want to be able to provide you with a focused service that places property deals in your hand without being constantly bombarded by deals that don't align with your business plan.
