Sorry for the delay. Couldn't get to the computer.
The home is a 4/2/2 built in 1971. It has washer/dryer 'closet' in the kitchen, breakfast nook. Looks to be in pretty good shape. The floor is tile throughout and a few of them need reseated or replaced. Needs interior paint. One bedroom door is brown slab but I believe all others are 6 panel. Roof is in good shape, HVAC doesn't appear to be very old. Couldn't get to the water heater. Entry to the garage is from the outside even though it is attached. A door has been added from the master bath.
