NEED A CASH INVESTOR SOON!
My wife and I currently have a project ready to start.-- (Closing in 2 weeks) I cannot start the rehab portion until I close on my latest rehab. I am looking for a cash investor for a project that will start on April 7. Most of my rehabs are in great areas of Plano that produces great returns! I currently have a project about to list in the next week in Plano as well.... I would love to find someone to be a cash investor for this current project about to start. I would love to meet you in person if you are serious and would give you my business plan. Also, if serious, would love to show you my current project and see what my high end rehabs look like.
