I just picked up a new listing that has yet to hit the MLS and the owner is looking to sell it quickly and is willing to look at all offers, so I thought I would bring it to the DFWREI Club to see it a deal could be made.
The house is located in Azle on Eagle Mountain Lake (Lake View, not Lake Front), but has great potential. It will need some work to reach that full potential, but will be a great home for an end buyer.
