A friend of mine is a local minister. He and his wife are looking for a house in Hurst, Bedford, Richland Hills, or North Richland Hills area. They have a large family, so the more bedrooms the better. They have their own financing. However, they need to be "all in" at under $130K including repairs, etc. They're fine with doing the rehab on the house themselves.
