We just used Lenny's company, Hudgins Contractors, to replace a roof on one of our rental's recently, as well as, install gutters and new skylight. They were on time, on budget, and crew was very friendly with the neighbors when they did the work in two days.
On a separate note the tenant works for a different roofing company and offered a quote from her company. Even with her so-called "employee" discount they were still about $2K higher than Lenny.
