    Hello, I am looking to sale a property that I own in Forth Worth Texas to Andrew Wendler from Property Partners Group.  I wanted to know if you have heard anything about home/the group.

    I don't know Andrew, and I've not done business with Property Partners Group, so I'm not able to advise you specifically about them.  However, when doing business with someone you don't know, you should ask some probing questions about where their funds come from, their experience in Real Estate, etc.  You should also make sure the contract is promulgated by TREC and that the dates are tight and the weasel clauses are reasonable.  If you'd like to talk about it, feel free to give me a call at 817-300-1132.

    I have known Andrew for many years and although I have never done a deal with him I have always seen him as very professional and trustworthy and wouldn't hesitate to do business with him if the deal worked for me.

    Hydn, If Tim Cook would not hesitate to do business with Andrew, that's an honest, solid opinion. Although I don't recall meeting Andrew, I've known Tim for many years.  He's an experienced, honest Real Estate Investor who is a good judge of character, and you can take that to the bank.
