    Hello All, I'm a new real estate investor and also new to the DFW REI Club. I'm currently in the planning stages and would appreciate any advice regarding funding, company structure, and anything else that you feel would be helpful. I'm going to be setting up a LLC and will start out with houses under 100k mainly in the HEB area, but I'm open if the right deal is there. Thanks for any advice and happy investing!

    I would highly recommend you come to the Sat morning meetings to get some networking and education.

    For ANY new investor out there, be sure to take Robin's Wholesale Real Estate Investing class, which is coming up soon.  There's a huge amount of useful info that you can use right away to get started in real estate investing.  For the time and the money, it's the best deal opportunity out there.
