Just curious, my DFW leads have steadily gone down in the past 90-120 days... In the past 2 months they have gone down almost 40% from this time last year... As a side note, I'm not seeing this same trend in New England. I'm curious if other local investors have seen this same trend and i'm curious if anyone has insight as to what's happening and what the potential prognosis may be moving forward...

    thanks,

My REI business is booming!  For me it's exactly the opposite of what you described, Brian.  We've got so many leads for great deals coming our way that it's actually difficult to handle them all.  Seriously!

    Thanks,

    Robin

Thanks Steve! This is excellent info…

My overhead increased dramatically 2015 so this is a bad time to be seeing a decline in leads… The combination of lower leads, my overhead, and this intelligence by other investors confirms that I need to evaluate my strategy and potentially make tweaks to my business model.

Steve, this really helpsIf anyone else wishes to weigh in that would be great as well…
