    I've noticed the Self Storage investing class that is forthcoming... Just curious Robin/Greg, what is your take on this niche and do you own storage facilities?

    I think Self-Storage facilities are Great!  Multiple members of DFW REI Club own Self-Storage facilities, and they all love them.  They picked them up after learning the ropes from Scott Meyers the last time he was with us.  I don't yet own a Self-Storage facility, but I'm eager to get one.

    That's a great question John... I noticed the mobile home park seminar several weeks ago as well... Robin, what is your take on the Mobile Home Park niche, how does it compare to storage units (like John asked) and do either you or Greg own Mobile Home Parks?

    I don't own a mobile home park yet either, but I'm looking forward to owning one.  Choosing between investing in Self-Storage facilities and Mobile Home Parks isn't easy, or, for that matter, necessary.  I think they're both fabulous.  I suppose it's a matter of personal preference, and I'm really looking forward to hearing Scott again!
