Hey guys - I got a lead on a rental with a tenant in place, placed by the Tarrant Co. Housing Authority. I have no clue whether this is good or bad...anyone have any experience with this?

Brad, I have several Tarrant County Housing tenants, if that's what your asking.  Tarrant County Housing pays market rent and their inspection process is pretty straight forward.  The have a process for $50 per month rent increases, based on market rates.  If the unit is more than $50 below market it's possible to make a special request for an increase or you can request to reset the rental rate when you change tenants.

I'm not familiar with Tarrant County Housing offering properties for sale, not sure if that was what you were asking about.
