I have Duplex under contract that I want to purchase as a rental. I am in need of a loan in the amount of $30,000 to purchase. Most lenders have a min $50,000 loan requirement.
If you know anyone interested in lending on this deal, please let me know. I am looking to repay in 10-15 year. I would also consider 5-7 year balloon if the lender wanted their money sooner.
