Does anyone recommend a Rehab Estimating software similar to Property Fixer's Construction Cost Estimator for non-iPhone users?

Arthur,  I'm interested in following this thread to see what if any suggestions come up... I personally would be leery of trusting software to calculate rehab unless it was VERY user friendly and able to apply user inputs and revisions to meet specific needs/variables and regional costs etc (a la what a basic Excel spreadsheet can do)....

I have my own Excel Spreadsheets (one for Texas and one for New England), but I'm finding myself revising the default numbers often. Also, these spreadsheets were initially created with the help of other investors, and revised as I gained applicable experience... Let me know if you find anything intriguing.

Here is a software that may help you.  https://tvallc.isrefer.com/go/RehabLite/MasterRE/  It's free with an upgrade for a small fee for additional functionality which is well worth it.  I've been using this for several years.  One thing I like with this is you can document up to three bids for a job and you can include your budget numbers as well.  Where it really excels is, it will help you determine what your MAO is and then you can put your deal into a nice professional looking package with comps, pictures and repair estimates to present to your private lender.

Also Realeflow has a built-in software tool called Hammerpoint for estimating repairs that is very easy to use.

    Call if I can help.
