Transactional Funding

    Good Evening,


    I am looking for a individual or company who offers transactional funding. I have a contract with a seller and an end buyer in place. I intended on double closing on the property (to avoid using my own cash) but the title company just changed their policies so that now the first deal now has to be fully funded. 

    Any recommendations would be helpful and appreciated.
