New here. I did a bit of flipping before '08 and am thinking about doing it again a bit. Where is the best place to find deals and how can i get to see all the available contracts from the good bird dogs? Not ready to pull the trigger immediately, but would like to run numbers on what is available to get used to the new higher numbers i am seeing vs '08. I prefer west fort worth.
