Thinking about going to The Real Alliance seminar.  Joined Bigger Pocket the other day.  My question is would BP and DFW REI be enough or should I attend the seminar?

I suggest you get your education and networking started with free/low cost venues first.  There will always be high(er)-priced seminars/boot camps/coaching programs if you feel like you want to go in that direction.

If possible, go to the Lone Star REI Expo on Saturday, 11/21 in Arlington.

    Hi Curtis,

Please feel free to give me a call to chat about this topic at 817-300-1132.  My quick advice is to follow your heart, dive in with both feet, and don't give up!  Those aren't just clichés.  They are essential ingredients to success.

    Sincerely,

    Robin

Hi, I'm in the middle between Robin and Jesus on this one... The stats are that something like 90% of people fail at real estate investing. My suggestion would be to start cheap and make sure that this is a niche that you feel that you can be successful at, then dive in with both feet. You would hate to spend a lot of money up front to just ultimately fail.

    Thoughts?
