I got an under slab cast iron sewer block and sewer company says cast iron pipes are broken and waiting for their camera to get me a resolution and estimate. Has anybody tried trench less pipe lining instead of replacing it. Can you share your ideas or referrals to fix it most effective way.

My GC, Kenny Powell, can help you with this.  He has a full-time crew and many subcontractors.  He can help you with anything from full rehabs to handyman work.  I think he works primarily in the H-E-B area, but he has done rental make-ready's for me as far out as Azle...good work, good prices, and good service.  Text him if his voicemail is full.  682-597-6814

I rehabbed a property in Grand Prairie with 7 cast iron sewer leaks. The first two bids I obtained were for $1,000 per leak. The third bid from Benton Plumbing (817.249.8118) was $1,000 for the first leak and $500 for each remaining leak. I saved $3,000 with Benton Plumbing and used them for other jobs will very good results. If there is more than 1 leak I recommend them.
