Hello everyone, I am in need of some help. I have a motivated seller who is willing to sell me his property subject-to. I explained how it worked and he Is aware it is his best option. However, he asked to speak with some owners who have done this in the past just as a reference and for peace of mind. Does anyone have any satisfied homeowners I could use as a reference. Since I informed him my partners and I do this, I would just tell him that this is a reference from an owner who purchased from my "partner". The owner can share their experience purchasing from you. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
