i suggested to Tom to send a copy of his letter to each of the Presidential Candidates. He gave me a quote from Jean Claude Juncker, who is the prime minister of Luxunburg and head of the European Commission that sums up many politicians' frame of mind:
"We all know what to do, we just don't know how to get re-elected after we've done it."
