    Hi, my name is Timeka. I am interested in Real Estate particularly wholesale to start. I am young (20s), motivated, coachable, and looking to create wealth for my future. I am passionate about real estate and eager to learn the business. I am a fulltime single mom to one and actively practice as a LVN. I want to invest my money properly instead of wasting it on unnecessary things that don't add value to my life. I am knowledgeable in some areas about Real Estate as my father was a successful contractor for 25 years before retirement. I am actively working towards obtaining my real estate license.  Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

    Welcome Timeka! This is a great forum with a lot of talented and experienced investors... There are many people with a wide range of niches as well. If I may, I would suggest scrolling through some of the posts to get a feel for some of what is discussed on here as that may help you when you do have that discussion with Robin and company.
