Insurance for a subject-to property

    I'm looking for an insurance coverage for a subject-to property that I have sold and am carrying the mortgage on. My current agent has stopped allowing me to carry the insurance in my company's name and has required the policy to be in the name of the new owner. Can someone recommend an agent who can provide coverage in my company's name since the mortgage is carried by it?
