I need a title company that can solve complex title issues.

    I have a house in Fort Worth, that I could sell, but one of the heirs cannot be found.  There are two Heirs.  The heir that is available wants to get rid of the house as soon as possible.  Does anyone know of a title company that can write title insurance on a property if one of the heirs cannot be found?  If you know anyone, send me a message or call me at 817 572-2021.

    Title Companies don't just write policies unless the Heirship Affidavit is completed and acceptable to their underwriters.  Otherwise you cannot get a policy.  I ran into this exact same problem.  You would just have to buy it w/out a Title Policy.  Most Title Companies won't even mess with a transaction like that.  But I know a fee attorney who can help you.  Her name is Gaylene Lonergan and she is with PSS Title.  Call her office 214-503-7509 and ask for Moe.  Tell her that I sent you.  Good Luck!!
