Dallas-Fort Worth Real Estate Investor Club

Hey guys, 

I've been doing a lot of driving for dollars and have found many vacant home some of which shows ownership as "Trusts" and "Family Trusts" and also showing ownership as "Estate of "Name". An even bigger problem is that these properties still have the same mailing address as the current vacant home so there is no where to mail to. Does anyone know how to find information regarding these kind of properties to contact the owners?

You can try using a Skiptracer to locate the owner.  I've also heard of people who have received a call from the owner after putting a "We Buy Houses" sign in the yard of the vacant house (not that I would ever recommend something like that  :-) ).  If you'd like to chat further, please feel free to give me a call at 817-300-1132.
