Looking for an investor who would like to buy a burned home

    I have a 3/2 house that is in Fort Worth off of Riverside Drive in the zip code 76111. It is a corner lot and sits on 0.5 acres. The house was built in 1940 and is about 1794 square feet. It also has a 3 car detached garage that didn't burn, and is about 720 square feet. The previous owners had turned the garage that was attached to the house into a bedroom but it was very small, so I had planned on turning it into a master bathroom, so its up to you whether you want 3 bedroom or 4 bedroom.

    I was in the process of rehabbing it. I have fixed the foundation, purchased a new outside and inside air conditioner. All the electrical has been updated and most of it was run underneath the house, so there may still be some electrical cost in it, but you will be dealing with updated electrical. We have disconnected the outside air conditioner so that it wouldn't get stolen but we will leave with the house. 

    As I was just about to start the plumbing and move forward from the set backs of the foundation and electrical, it caught on fire. A lot of remodeling is going on in the neighborhood so this is a great neighborhood to be working in.
