Who has rental properties for rent in Euless area?

    I have a client that wants to rent a property in the Euless area. At this time she is renting in Lake Dallas, paying $1900 a month. After the death of her husband she is needing to come back close to home, so her mother in law can help her with her children.     I have a set of duplexes off of E. Harwood that my husband and I are closing on today.  They are in good shape but we want to do some painting and a little bit of updating but will for sure be ready by May 1st.  2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, in a great town home community with a pool that the HOA maintains.  $1350 per month.  Please contact me if you are interested and we can set something up for your client to take a look at.

    Congratulations on your duplexes. Unfortunately, she has 4 children so she needs a 3 or 4 bedroom home. My client is also willing to live in North Richland Hills or Bedford. She has great rental history and just wants to rent for a year or two and then buy a home. Any help would be appreciated.

    Took her over to see it last night and we are putting in an application, sending it over by email today. The client's name is Carie Harris. That dog next door is ferocious, but I told her to get milk bones and become friends with it because it's really a great place for her for the next couple of years.
