Hey Guys - anyone know of a quick & cheap appliance haul off solution? I have a washer, dryer and fridge in S. FW. that needs to be gone...it's a rehab flip that I finished and buyers are closing in a week.

    Any leads appreciated...thanks!

PS - I'm looking for my next cash flip - got any leads, gimme a shout.

    Hello Brad,

I just sent you an e-mail with a property you might consider for your next flip. Let me know if you're interested.

    Thanks,

Just put on the curb and they will be gone by sunset.

    Brad,

Rocky is probably right in his estimation that most of the time the appliances will be taken ASAP.

One trick an old-time rehabber taught me was when you have items that are in "rough shape" and might not get picked up immediately, is to place a FOR SALE $25 sign on the item. I have tested the theory a few times and it works.

When we posted a FREE sign on the item, sometimes it was not immediately picked up. When we put a FOR SALE $25 sign on it the next day it was usually stolen in an hour or two.

    Hope this helps.

If there is anything else my staff or I can do to help you grow your business, please let me know.

@Greg, that's funny and so accurate.... Maybe even up for sale amount... Something like $75-$100 and it will be taken quickly i'm sure... Funny stuff.

So Brad, how did it work out? Are the appliances gone?

Yup...Called Salvation Army for a pick-up. I didn't want them to just get stolen. They worked fine, just old. Plus, now I get the write off. Win-win!
