I'm looking for a trust worthy general contractor to work in the Cleburne area for extensive remodel. Fairly priced and needs no micro management. i want to walk the job with them and then get an estimate and let them loose on a rental property. I am not a slum lord and I don't like below grade work. I like to restore to an above builder grade product.
Tasks would include:
Roofing, Windows, Paint (Interior & Exterior), New Allure Trafficmaster type flooring, replace interior and exterior doors, either paint kitchen cabinets or possibly new cabinets, counter tops, hot water heater, bath tub (3 piece surround), new plumbing fixtures all around, new light fixtures, plugs, fans, etc....Basically a complete refresh on a very tired 1970's property.
Would also be great if they had a connection to a reasonable landscaper and tree trimmer.
