Hey Realtors and Investors, I need your help!
I have my programmers building "TAD 2.0". We are taking all the data from Tarrant, Dallas, Collin & Denton counties and combining them into a single, easy-to-use searchable database. Now I need to know what functions you'd like to see built (e.g. I personally want to be able to click a button and get a list of all the properties in a subdivision that meet my search criteria (SqFt, Beds, Baths, etc.) and that are owned by a homeowner who lives in the property; and I want to exclude all those properties owned by investors and out of state owners [I can already get that data the other way round]).

As with all the tools we build, if you are a Beta tester you'll get to use the tool you're helping test for free while it is under construction and testing.
