I think I have used all of the usual suspects for one thing or another at one property or another, but none of them have left me with the feeling that "I will definitely call these guys the next time I have a need."
Now I have a need I can't ignore (the tenant has mentioned it more than once), so I would like to hear your recommendations for garage door opener service.
For what it's worth, I've also been having a problem with the GDO at my own residence, so this could be a package arrangement!
