I am not sure where to advertise or how to go about selling my ownership of a co-owned rental property. There are three owners to an investment home in fort worth in which a rental lease has been signed until Jan 2017. The house appraises at $84,000 and rents for $1,050 in which I obtain 1/3 of after mortgage payments and insurance are taken out. The commercial loan of approximately $34,000 is in my name since the other investors do not have credit to place it in there name. This gives the new investor a right to pay off the mortgage and obtain a greater equity ownership of the property over time as well.
I am new to this type of investing and commercial loans. Any advice or possible investors would be greatly appreciated.
