Commission on Flip Agents/Brokers???!?!?!?

    Any agents or/brokers out there?  am a new agent but not sure how does the commission works when I sell my own flip.  Do I have to charge myself 3% so my broker can receive his split?  Do I have to do 3% for the buyer agent or can I offer 2.5%?

    Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated?

    Ana,

    You should have had this conversation with your broker from the beginning.  Brokers are different and may allow you to reduce their cut on your own sales or properties that are not listed on MLS.  I pay a small fee to my broker on any sales/rentals listed on MLS but this was discussed from the get-go.

    that is what am afraid of that I did not have this conversation with him before hand and now am not sure how to go about fixing the issue
