Looking for cash buyers in the Metroplex that I can bring some of the deals we find that we do not pick up. After some so-so results of last round of marketing, I have some new strategies to try something different to find deals.
Please let me know what part of town you like, what bedroom/bath combo you prefer, if you are buy & hold or fix & flip, or both, what price range you like, and are you a lipstick rehabber or down to studs?
