Currently looking for all the cheap and some would say hood properties that typical investors dont buy. All areas of Tarrant i.e(76104,76105,76107, 76119,76140, 76106,76164, 76111) Basically anything you would pass on. Been buying these for years and would like to reach out to all for more.
I also purchase up to 100-150k or so. Have funding on pretty much any good deal but this is my sweet spot area of investing and that carries in any area of Tarrant County.
