Once you have the name you look to see if the have anything else in their name. You can also use the legal description of the property to do a background search and see what other names are attached to the property. As well you can look at property taxes to see who is paying them.
There are also many websites that you can use to locate the persons phone number if you have a name and address.
I have done all this many times. Sometimes its a dead end but once in a while you can find them.
