Ok, so I'm just getting started--trying to do the bird dog thing. I found a few properties
that have motivated sellers; however, they are in Port Author, Pampa, and Schertz. Do any of you
buy properties in those places or know of an investor who does. One is way behind on property tax and needs
to sell to pay a land note, one was inherited and owner lives 60 miles away, and the last the owner is relocating
and has about 60% equity.
