Hello everyone my name is David White and I'm new to the group and I have a little experience in real estate investing. I wholesaled properties from 2000-2005. I did a total of 4 deals in that time. I was young and didn't take investing too seriously back then. I am motivated this time around to hit the ground running. I have been educating myself and pondering over the last 3 months and now I'm just ready to go do it.
