    Hello everyone,

    After getting frustrated and throwing in the towel with real estate investing, I'm going back at it.  I think it was the short sale I tried to do that killed my interest.  I still want to focus on wholesale deals in the north tarrant and denton county areas, but also want to acquire a few rentals of my own. 

    Are Greg and Robin still making fun of each other?

    Welcome Back Kotter Randal, Yes, Greg and I still make fun of each other.  Without a sense of humor, where would we be?

    Welcome back.  I'm looking for multifamily in that area (5+, but more in the 20-40 unit range), so would love it if I could buy a wholesale from you!!

    Welcome Back, Randall.  I have a completely renovated rental property that I would like to sell to an investor with equity built in.  I have received many rental interests, but no buyers without owner financing and low down payment.  I need to pay back my PM Lender and looking for a quick sale.  Home valued around 100K; I will sale to an investor, $85K no realtor fees.
